Well better late than never. Over Christmas I finally got round to processing the third of four family portrait shoots for Pru and her family. Just waiting now for some snow to complete the four seasons project. Here are a couple of shots.

Over the Bank Holiday weekend I did a family shoot in Trent Country Park in Enfield. One year old Samuel had found his feet and was determined to use them so didn’t stay still for two seconds! His sister Holly was a delight to photograph. With little ones you have to go with the flow – could have done more but with a family shoot you have to be flexible. It was a pleasure to photograph the family and here are a few shots from the session.
Yesterday morning I spent an hour or so with Pru and family at Trent Country Park. Pru wanted her children photographed in each of the four seasons. Earlier this year we spent some time at Forty Hall amongst the daffodils and spring blossom. Summer came around all too soon and with Autumn only round the corner we squeezed in a brief session. Here are a couple of shots.
As well as photography I also enjoy video filming for special events, performances and concerts. This Summer I filmed three of the Enfield Arts Support Services (EASS) summer concerts featuring the musical talents of children from the borough from the very young up to the Youth Symphony Orchestra who, along with other concert orchestras, performed in a Gala Concert at Enfield Grammar School. A few weeks ago I photographed the First Holy Communion of Sarina at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Enfield and the family celebration held at the Royal Chase Hotel. Below are some sample pages from the album design we put together.
It’s that time of year and I spent a very pleasant couple of hours at Our Lady of Mount Carmel & St George here in Enfield then at the Pavillion at the Royal Chase Hotel on the Ridgeway photographing the celebrations for Sarina’s First Holy Communion. The sun shone and for me a little too well as I burnt my head. Here’s a couple of pictures from the day.
Spent an enjoyable couple of hours at Forty Hall, Enfield on Sunday morning with Beverley and her children (and not forgetting Megan) for a last minute photo session for Beverley’s husband Mark’s birthday gift. It was a bit of a scorcher – 31 degrees!!
Last Sunday was the fourth Sunday in Lent so in the UK it was Mothering Sunday. Some friends asked for a couple of photographs. Grace and James’ mum wanted something that typified Spring and the daffodils at Forty Hall Enfield obliged. Also David and Louise in their back garden celebrating Mother’s Day and their Grandfather’s 80th birthday.
After a dismal Friday the sun shone brightly on Saturday for the wedding of Jaime and Billy held in a lovely marquee in the grounds of Paradise Wildlife Park, Broxbourne. Jaime looked stunning in the style of Audrey Hepburn from Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Organised chaos ensued at the bridal preparations at the Marriott in Cheshunt but everything came together for a fantastic day.
